Collins Line of Credit loan enabled us [to have] the flexibility we needed to make the most of our opportunities as they arose. We were able to draw up and down on the loan facility as we pleased, as well as capitalize the interest, which meant we weren't locked into making interest payments each month. This gave us so much more peace of mind when it came to purchasing out investment property - to have the loan facility in place and ready to go was a huge factor in our decision making.
